REGISTRATION
Conference registration covers admission to all presentations (plenaries, Master Classes, Special Sessions, papers, posters, and electronic poster sessions), the Opening Reception (alcohol not included), the publishers' exhibit, continental breakfast each morning, complimentary coffee service, a conference program packet, and a registration badge. Optional registration items include conference t-shirts and require additional fees. See below for more details.
The deadlines for Early Registration (January 15, 2015) and for Online Registration (February 7) have passed. To register, please do so onsite at the conference.

Special kama‘aina rates available for Hawai‘i residents with a current Hawaii State ID, driver's license, or UH ID and current Hawai‘i address:
Special rate available for legal residents of developing countries listed here.
Optional registration items (accepting orders through January 15, 2015):
The T-shirt ordering deadline (January 15, 2015) has passed. There will be a limited number of additional T-shirts available for purchase at the conference. Please inquire at the Registration Desk at the conference to check on availability.
NOTE: This mock-up is to give you an idea of the color (sapphire) and design of the T-shirt. The final product may look a bit different. We will post updated pictures when we actually have the final design to the T-shirt printers. Men's and women's sizes/fits will be available.
Acceptable forms of payment (US dollars only) include credit card (MasterCard or Visa), check, purchase order , traveler's cheques, or cash (onsite only). Payments will be made to "NFLRC Conference" (Research Corporations of the University of Hawaii (RCUH) account #2379).
Cancellation policy: To receive a refund of the conference fee (registration, T-shirt, etc.), cancellation requests must be submitted via email ([email protected]) no later than February 7, 2015. A $15 processing fee will be subtracted from all refunds. There are no refunds for cancellation after February 7, 2015.
NOTE: Registration for the optional Hilo Field Study on the island of Hawai‘i is separate. More information can be found on the Hilo Field Study website.
